Since 2022, we have been surveying our clients to measure their satisfaction with our services using an evolved approach to the traditional Net Promoter Score (NPS).
While the conventional NPS asks, “How likely are you to recommend our services to a colleague or peer?”, we recognised that this question doesn’t fully capture the dynamics of B2B relationships.
Instead, we ask “Please rate your satisfaction working with Abintus”. And additional questions like: “How likely are you to be working with Abintus in the future?”.
This refined NPS 2.0 methodology enables us to better understand what our clients truly value and identify areas where we can improve. The feedback from these surveys has been instrumental in shaping our services and ensuring we consistently deliver outstanding results for our clients.
Here’s how our clients rated their satisfaction with Abintus in 2024.
90.9% Promoters in 2024
We surveyed all our clients early January 2025 and asked them to rate their satisfaction of working with Abintus in 2024 (using the questions listed above) on a scale of 0 to 10, and the results fall into three categories:
- Promoters (9-10): Loyal enthusiasts who passionately support our work and help grow our reputation.
- Passives (7-8): Satisfied but not yet evangelical in their support.
- Detractors (0-6): Clients who are dissatisfied and may harm our brand.
The NPS 2.0 is calculated by subtracting the percentage of Detractors from the percentage of Promoters, yielding a score that ranges from -100 to +100.
A score above 50 is considered excellent. With a 2024 score of 90.9, we stand among the best in the industry, a reflection of our clients confidence in us and our dedication to delivering outstanding results.
